Founding Attorney

“My parents were immigrants too. That's why I understand how difficult it is.”

My parents immigrated to the United States, which makes me even more appreciative of all the work and effort they did to offer me and my family a better life. In 1972, my dad founded his immigration office where he taught me everything I know now.

I studied at law school at the University of San Diego thinking that I was going to pursue my career in the corporate side, but after a while I realized that I needed something and that's when I decided to dedicate myself to the immigration area as I had learned from my dad. Practicing immigration law gives me the opportunity to directly impact the lives of so many people, making my work very rewarding. It allows me to unite families, fulfill dreams and secure the future of the next generations of American citizens.

“My parents were immigrants too, so I understand how difficult it is.”

Union Law Group is the culmination of all my years of education and work, as well as the hard work and effort of my parents. I am honored to have the opportunity to serve my community and make a difference in the lives of so many working families.

“Having been through a migration process allows me to understand the advantages and opportunities of migrating to the United States.”

I had to emigrate through my dad before I reached the age of majority, which gave me the opportunity to study for a master's degree at the Law School of the University of San Diego. Having had the opportunity to excel professionally motivated me to dedicate myself to the area of immigration, since I enjoy helping clients achieve their dreams hand in hand throughout the process.

Having gone through a migration process allows me to understand the advantages and opportunities of migrating to the United States.

Today, I run the Unión Law Firm in Tijuana, where we help our clients with aspects of Mexican and International law. I was able to overcome myself because my dad made a decision that directly impacted my life, and today I am proud to be able to do the same for my clients.

The most important thing for me is my family, and that's why I'm here, to bring families together, breaking barriers and crossing borders.

My wife Vanessa immigrated to me, and today I am an American citizen, just as I immigrated you can immigrate. I have been with Union Law Group since 2013, it has been a great decision, I have been able to develop myself in the field of immigration, helping a large number of people to settle their papers, legalize their immigration status and have a better future.

My great passion is to help this border community, I like to read, travel and enjoy my family.

“It was 32 days since I was in detention, more or less, with the help of my lawyers from Union Law Group, we were able to get out that otherwise, it would have been difficult, because I knew quite a few people who had been there for a year and two months fighting their case”
